A quick update on our house situation.
Basically, there is nothing to update. We've had our house for sale for NINE months. (Haven't we waited long enough?) The house we want is also still for sale, and they've reduced their price. We can't and won't reduce ours again, we've reduced it $20K already. And, school starts in two weeks. We were hoping to be out of here by this time LAST year, and here we sit. Not because we've made poor decisions, not because we can't afford it, and not because this house has anything wrong with it that would keep it from selling.

Hang in there! The right buyers will come eventually. I don't think you can count the time before you had Paul as it being on the market. You can do it!
